This site is for people who are interested in attaining or maintaining a low meat diet for health, environmental or animal welfare reasons. It features tips, recipes and general information that may be helpful for people who may be trying to combat meat addiction* or who simply want to learn more about the benefits of keeping one’s meat intake minimal. Carnivores, vegetarians and vegans are all welcome.
